All aboard for a romantic trip through the snow covered Northwoods of Wisconsin. Exterior lighting makes the evergreens sparkle like a million diamonds as you enjoy a 4-course dinner created in the onboard kitchen. Everything is just right from the shared shrimp cocktail to the pippin hot cup of soup and the entree’ of your choice. Finish the dining portion of your trip with the scrumptious dessert. After dinner head back to the Ranch car and enjoy one of our special after dinner cocktails.

Flat Iron Steak – Enjoy an 8 oz steak grilled to perfection accompanied by our chef’s special roasted potatoes and glazed carrots.
Norwegian Atlantic Salmon – Steamed Salmon served on a bed of seasonal rice blend & Chef choice vegetable.
Four Cheese Ravioli – Traditional thick rich marinara sauce with Italian blend vegetables served with a generous serving of Four Cheese Ravioli and sprinkled with fresh shredded Parmesan. (Vegetarian option served with vegetarian appetizer & soup)
Gluten Free – Flat Iron Steak – This is a complete Gluten Free meal including Gluten Free appetizer, soup, dinner roll and dessert. Will also include Gluten Free breakfast in the morning.
