EX-C&NW BAY WINDOW CABOOSE - Caboose is a steel car that formerly had a plywood interior.  This car is currently in a non restored condition.  The plywood interior was burned out by local kids about 10 years ago.  The fire pretty much took care of the interior but did not appear to damage the structure.  The car body appears to be in rather good shape and will require very little metal work other than to put window openings wherever you would like to have them.  Car has roller bearing trucks, AB style freight brakes and should be available to move via interchange.  Car weights approximately 30 tons and is approximately 40 foot long, 10 foot wide and 14 foot tall.  Purchase would include track materials for display track if it is going to be displayed off of live rail.  Buyer would be given one year to remove caboose from railroad property.

Restored price would include placement of new windows in car body, cleaning out of interior, circuit breaker panel, wiring, installation of lighting, new insulation of entire car, plywood interior substrate, knotty pine paneling, and basic carpeting.  Exterior would be completely prepped and repainted in a color of your choice.
