Schedule and fares subject to change without notice.  All fares listed are for roundtrip transportation.  Advance ticket purchase is recommended for all trains and required for all dinner trains and special events.  Trains will run rain or shine.  Seats are not reserved and are available 10 minutes prior to published departure times.  Dinner trains feature reserved, assigned seating.  Club car is open one hour prior to dinner train departure.  Smoking is only allowed in designated vestibule areas.  Snacks and beverages are available for purchase in the club car.  Beer, Wine, Wine Coolers and a limited selection of mixed drinks are available to those with proper ID in the club car on all trips.  Picnic grounds are available at Spooner Depot and Trego Jct.  Layover at an intermediate point is available by advance arrangement.  Cab rides one direction are available at an additional charge (limited to two persons per trip).  Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  The Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad reserves the right to substitute equipment as operating conditions dictate.

Happy Hour Train 
Our Happy Hour train is an Adult (21+) oriented train that gives local residents and visitors alike an opportunity to take a relaxing ride on the Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad.  This 3 hour excursion features five hot hors d'oeuvre choices, veggies and dip, and a meat and cheese tray served on our buffet.  A variety of cocktails are available at the cash bar in the club car.  The dance car will feature music from the 50's through 90's and a dining car will be set aside for quiet conversation.  This is a great way to begin a special night out.  Get a group together and leave the kids at home, this is one evening that you can enjoy.

400 Dinner Buffet Train
Enjoy a very special buffet dinner onboard our period dining cars on this 3-hour roundtrip.  This buffet meal features a salad bar with seven salad choices, roast tenderloin of pork, roast beef, mashed potatoes & gravy, long grain & wild rice, dilled baby carrots, chef’s choice vegetable, fresh dinner rolls, and your choice of coffee, iced tea, lemonade, or milk.  There's even a fresh baked cookie for desert.  This dining option requires passengers to serve themselves at our buffet. 

Tony's Riverside Family Pizza Train
Our Family Pizza Train is our most popular train because it combines everyone's favorite meal with a scenic train ride.  Year after year Tony's Riverside, the popular Spooner gathering place, cooks up the best pizza around and delivers it hot to the train.  Your ticket aboard the Family Pizza Train includes the 1 3/4 hour train ride, 1/2 pizza per person and your first soda.  Family rate includes 2 adults and 2-5 children, 2 pizzas and a beverage for each person.  Make your reservations for this family favorite.

Elegant Dinner Train
The Elegant Dinner Train features dinner service in our climate controlled, mahogany interior dining car from 1918. The cash bar opens in the club car one hour prior to departure to get your experience off to a great start.  Immediately after departure from the Depot passengers will be seated for dinner.  Dinner begins with a sampling of Wisconsin Cheeses, dinner salad, our signature French Onion Soup, choice of Prime Rib, Stuffed Chicken Breast, or North Atlantic Salmon, and finish with your choice of scrumptious desserts.  After dinner enjoy quiet conversation at your table or move back to the club car and dance to sounds of the 60's, 70's, and 80's.

Sunday Brunch Train
Enjoy a very special buffet lunch onboard our period dining cars on this 3-hour roundtrip.  This buffet meal features a salad bar with seven salad choices, roast beef or roast pork, ham, breakfast sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, french toast sticks, scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes & gravy, chefs choice vegetables, fresh dinner rolls, mini muffins, mini danish, toast, cold cereal and your choice of coffee, iced tea, lemonade, orange juice, apple juice or milk.  This dining option requires passengers to serve themselves at our buffet.
